Rabourdin expands its product range with the integration of CUMSA hydraulic cylinders!
Rabourdin is constantly innovating and developing its standard range to satisfy its customers. This partnership, of exclusive distribution in France, testifies to our desire to provide our customers with a range of tools specifically adapted to the uses and constraints of the industrial sector.
Manufactured in Europe, CUMSA hydraulic cylinders are specifically designed for the high standards required in the mold, plastic and aluminum die casting industries. They are offered in a variety of mounting styles and can incorporate a limit switch and/or bleed.
The CUMSA line of cylinders combines compactness, versatility and efficiency.
Five models are available in our e-shop :
The A model offers 12 different mounting directions, 8 different piston diameters (from 16 mm to 100 mm) accepting a maximum working pressure of 250 bar (3600 psi), and working temperatures up to 85°C (185°F).
The B model offers 5 different mounting directions, 6 different piston diameters (from 16 mm to 63 mm) with a maximum working pressure of 250 bar (3600 psi) and working temperatures up to 350°C (662°F).
The C model offers 3 different mounting directions, 5 different piston diameters (from 25 mm to 63 mm), accepting a maximum working pressure of 250 bar (3600 psi) and working temperatures up to 85°C (185°F). More compact and modular, it can be housed inside your tooling.
The D model offers a single direction of attachment, 5 different piston diameters (from 25 to 63 mm). It also includes a cooling system that allows the cylinder to be used in contact with the surface of a mold up to 350°C (662°F).
The E model offers 5 different mounting directions, 5 different piston diameters (25 mm to 63 mm), a maximum working pressure of 250 bar (3600 psi) and working temperatures up to 85°C (185°F). It has standard strokes of 400 mm (in stock) or longer strokes on request.
All our cylinders are delivered with screws and bolts, as well as two bushings for optimal centering.
Rabourdin also offers a wide range of CUMSA accessories and spare parts.
The S references offer magnetic sensors that can be adapted to the A, B, C, D and E model cylinders. They offer an innovative electronic system that allows its installation in steel cylinders. In case of impact, they are protected. Versatile and compact, they can withstand a working temperature of up to 80°.
The Z references are the optional or maintenance accessories (Rings, Screw sets, Couplings, Purges…).
